Naspers Labs is our flagship social impact project designed to transform and launch South Africa’s unemployed youth into economic activity. Building on our experience in technology-enabled learning and development businesses, and partnering with local expertise in the youth development sector, our ambition is to open the closed doors that stand between a young unemployed person and his or her first employment opportunity. The project blends physical space (a “Lab”) with a bespoke online learning and development platform that strikes at the heart of communities most affected by unemployment and poverty.
